HOGGE, Judge.

This case arises from an action filed by the appellants seeking specific performance under a provision in a lease agreement entered into between the appellants and the appellees’ predecessor in interest which provided that, “Should lessor ever desire to sell the leased premises, lessees are given the right to purchase the same at the price which the lessor has been offered . .”. *869Appellees came to own their respective interests in the disputed property by will of Minnie Wilson, mother of Paul and Phillip Wilson, wherein she devised an undivided one-fourth interest to Phillip…
