Appeal by the defendant from three judgments of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Linakis, J.), all rendered August 27, 1985, convicting him of robbery in the first degree under indictment No. 6311/84, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree under indictment No. 6366/84, and robbery in the first degree under indictment No. 1146/85, upon his pleas of guilty, and imposing sentences. The appeal from the judgments rendered on indictments Nos. 6311/84 and 6366/84 brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress…
