The facts in this ease are undisputed. The record shows that William J. Law died testate on March 14, 1929, leaving surviving him his widow, Mary E. Law, his adopted son, Forest E. Law, and two grandchildren named W. Dean Law and Robert Waine Law. In his will, as construed by the court, he left a life estate in all his real and personal property to his widow, Mary E. Law, and at her death a life estate to his son, Forest E. Law, with remainder in fee to his two grandchildren.
