Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County, rendered November 30, 1978, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree. Following a jury trial, defendant was convicted of grand larceny in the third degree and criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree. He was sentenced to two concurrent indeterminate terms of imprisonment, having a maximum of four years and a minimum of two years, to run consecutively with any prior sentences then outstanding.
