*129Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Ronald A. Zweibel, J., at competency hearing; Harold Beeler, J., at further competency proceedings, dismissal motion, plea and sentence), rendered April 18, 2001, convicting defendant of attempted robbery in the first degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to a term of 16 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
