ORDER

Before the Court are Plaintiff Tomra Hin-kle’s Objection [Doc. # 68] and Defendant William Henderson’s Objection [Doc. # 67] to the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge [Doc. # 66] recommending that Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss [Docs. # 4, 8, 16] be granted and that Plaintiffs Complaint be dismissed without prejudice. Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(C) and Fed.R.Civ.P. 72(b)l the Court shall make a de novo determination of those portions of the Report and Recommendation to which objections were made.
