delivered the opinion of the court.

The appellant, Edwin J. Bradford, filed a petition for a mechanic’s lien, making the Reill & Mahnke Construction Company, Minnie Mahnke, Euphemia Reill and others defendants. After the issues were made up the cause was referred to a master to take proofs and report the same to the court with his opinion on the law and evidence. The master reported in favor of the appellant, and that there was due him $474.94, and that the same was a lien on the premises described in the petition, and recommended a decree accordingly.
