These cases came to be heard on January 13,2000, on Riverton’s and the Frittses’ Appeals from the Board of Zoning Appeals’ decisions of December 1,1999, in Warren Law No. 99-321 and of January 5, 2000, in Warren Law Nos. 00-6 and 00-7, that the landowners were not aggrieved parties and therefore not entitled to appeal a by-right use decision to the Board of Zoning Appeals and related procedural issues.
