Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Vogt, J.), rendered November 8, 1993, convicting defendant upon her plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.

■Defendant pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree in full satisfaction of a four-count indictment. Defense counsel seeks to be relieved of her assignment of representing defendant on appeal on the basis that there are no nonfrivolous issues to be raised. We agree.
