This matter is before the Court on defendant The Government of the Republic of Liberia’s (hereinafter Liberia) emergency motion for relief from orders attaching bank accounts of the Embassy of the Republic of Liberia, and for a temporary restraining order and a preliminary injunction against further attachment of embassy accounts.
