Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Slavin, J.), rendered June 27, 1990, convicting him of *659criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress physical evidence seized from the defendant. By decision and order dated November 16, 1992, this Court remitted the matter to the Supreme Court, Kings County, for a de novo hearing and to report on the branch of the defendant’s omnibus…
