The appellant, the owner of certain taxbills, brings his appeal to this court complaining of the action of the trial court in rendering a decree in favor of the plaintiff (the respondent here), when, sitting in equity, it found “all the issues in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant.”. The judgment was that the taxbills be canceled and declared null and void.
