Northwoods Sports Medicine & Physical Rehabilitation, Inc. v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.

In two cases, we initially accepted appeals from the county court certifying various questions “of great public importance” involving medical providers seeking PIP benefits from insurance companies. These were consolidated because three of the four questions were the same in both suits.
