This case comes to us on remand from the Texas Supreme Court. Ana B. Rodriguez brought suit against American Home Assurance (American Home) to set aside a compromise settlement agreement in a worker’s compensation case. Rodriguez was injured during the scope and course of her employment at the Del Monte Corporation in Crystal City, Texas. Rodriguez’s attorney, Sid Cowan, sent Rodriguez to Dr. *900Gonzalez-Rios for diagnosis.
