This is an action of forcible entry and detainer, in which the plaintiff obtained a verdict and judgment, and the defendants have appealed. The errors complained of relate to the ruling of the Court on questions of evidence, and the giving of certain instructions to the jury at -the instance of the plaintiff, and the refusal of certain others requested by the defendants.
