Appellant has appealed from an order •entered by the County Court at Law overruling his plea of privilege to be sued in Harris County, the county of his residence. There is no statement of facts nor bills of •exception nor requests for findings of fact .and conclusions of law and none filed. Appellant assails the judgment entered on •two grounds.
