*527*523Defendant appeals a judgment of conviction for two counts of first-degree theft, ORS 164.055 (Counts 1 and 2); three counts of felon in possession of a firearm, ORS 166.270 (Counts 3, 4, and 5); one count of unauthorized use of a vehicle, ORS 164.135 (Count 6); and one count of possession of methamphetamine, ORS 475.894 (Count 8).
