The sole issue raised by the objections to the account of the executrix arises from the rejection by the executrix of a claim by 0. Roy Chalk-77th St., Inc., for rent under a lease made by the decedent. The claim is for rent for the months of January to April inclusive, together with the expenses of the claimant in reletting the property. The apartment had been rented for a period of three years and two months, beginning August 1, 1959.
