THOMAS, Circuit Judge.

The parties in this case appeal and cross-appeal the order of the district court vacating an injunction issued by the bankruptcy court. We affirm in part and reverse in part.

The success of an industry often depends on generating demand for its goods, so it is perhaps not surprising that litigation in the paper manufacturing industry would require a prodigious quantity of its product.
