The appellants, Randy Brooks and Lori Brooks, appeal an adverse jury verdict on their personal injury claim, asserting error in the trial court’s ruling on the admissibility of an exhibit and an abuse of discretion in the court’s refusal to allow the jury to take a videotape exhibit to the jury room during its deliberations.
