THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon Plaintiffs (Burger King Corporation (“BKC”)) Motion for Reconsideration of this Court’s August 17, 2001 Order on Plaintiffs Motion to Dismiss Defendants’ Counterclaim [D.E. 44], filed on August 21, 2001. Defendants (Reinold T. Belle (“Belle”), Robert E. Clark (“Clark”), and Ashland Equities, Inc.
