Byron K. Haney appeals from a final judgment entered in the United States District Court 1 for the Eastern District of Missouri upon a jury verdict finding him guilty of one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1), one count of possession with intent to distribute cocaine base (crack) in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1), 841(b)(l)(B)(iii), and one count of use of a firearm during a drug trafficking crime, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c)(1).
