The appellees et al. recovered a decree against the appellants, in the Circuit Court of Monroe county, for $7,277.40, which decree is sought to be reversed by this appeal.

It appears from the record in this case that Frederick William Bahe died testate prior to February 13, 1906, and that by the terms of his will he provided: First. “I order and direct that my, executor hereinafter named pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.” Second.
