Lester Jack Smith and Linda S. Smith, the sellers of certain real property in Bridgeport, appeal from a judgment entered by the Jackson Circuit Court on a jury verdict in favor of Ricky D. Evans, the purchaser of that property, on Evans's claim of fraud as to the location of the boundary lines of the property conveyed. Because we conclude that the Evans's fraud claim is barred by the applicable statute of limitations, we reverse and remand.
