Appellant Kurt Mathew Haller seeks a reversal of an order entered by the Circuit Court of Summers County on November 16, 1995, which modified a prior custody order by terminating Appellant’s visitation rights and continuing custody of the parties’ minor children with Appellee Theresa Dodd Hale.
