OPINION

LEWIS, Judge.

The Chancery Court for Maury County issued a declaratory judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellant, G. Freeland Loftin, that Loftin’s proposed division of property for sale at an auction was not a subdivision within the meaning of the term subdivision as set forth in Tenn.Code Ann. § 13-3-401(4)(B).
