Bostwick v. Hurstel

This is an appeal by James Bostwick (Bostwick), executor and legatee under the will of Cecile Bostwick (the testatrix), from a decree of the Probate Court to the effect that a bequest in the testatrix’s will of twenty-five shares of American Telephone and Telegraph Company (A. T. & T.) common stock to Bostwick was general and not specific, and disallowing a distribution to him of 125 additional shares of A. T. & T. stock resulting from two stock splits.
