LATTIMORE, Judge.
Conviction for transporting intoxicating liquor; punishment one year in the penitentiary.
Officers were observing an automobile parked north and west of the public square in Crosbyton on the night in question. They went down an alley toward the back o.f the John K. Fullingim hotel and stopped near a little building. They saw some one coming in the alley toward them.
