This is an appeal from a judgment entered in the circuit court on April 7, 1918, for $1,800, in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in an action on the ease brought to recover damages for injuries claimed to have been sustained by the plaintiff on July 10, 1914, when she undertook to get off a northbound Halsted street car at or near the intersection of West 12th and Halsted streets, Chicago.
