This is an action for damages by reason of a collision between an automobile and a street car. From a verdict and judgment thereon against it, the defendant appeals.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Binney and North Twenty-fourth street in Omaha, at 6:30 or 7 o’clock on the evening of May 10,1927. Plaintiff and Knud H. Nissen, with two young women, were on their way from Blair to attend the movies at Omaha. Nissen owned the Ford *488touring car in which they were driving.
