OPINION
SWEET, District Judge.
Defendant and third-party plaintiff J.V.W. Investment Ltd. (“JVW”) moves, pursuant to New York C.P.L.R. § 6210, to confirm an order of attachment issued on September 28, 2000, restraining defendant Suisse Security Bank and Trust, Ltd. (“SSBT”) from transferring or disposing of any assets held at an account at Tucker Anthony in New York. SSBT moves to vacate the preliminary attachment order on the ground that this Court lacks personal jurisdiction over it pursuant to Rule 12(b)(2), Fed.R.Civ.P.
