This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, State v. Rundle, 170 Wis. 2d 306, 488 N.W.2d 125 (Ct. App. 1992), reversing two convictions in the Circuit Court for Kenosha County, Michael S. Fisher, Circuit Judge.
