This cause was originally filed by Victor Couch, alleged to be a resident of Missouri, in the Circuit Court of Missouri, Sixteenth Judicial Circuit (hereinafter referred to as the Jackson County Circuit Court), against White Motor Company, a foreign corporation authorized to do business in Missouri, as the sole party-defendant.
