— Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Nastasi, J.), rendered March 19, 1982, convicting him of robbery in the third degree and grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the summary denial (Marasco, J.), of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which sought to suppress identification evidence.
