| Appellant, Deborah Nowicki (“Now-icki”), individually and as executrix of the estate of Robert Henry Nowicki, II, deceased, and on behalf of all of the deceased’s wrongful-death beneficiaries, appeals from the order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court granting summary judgment in favor of appellee Kenny Pigue. On appeal, Nowicki contends that the circuit court erroneously concluded that the Fireman’s Rule barred the wrongful-death and survival action.
