I. Tbe error in 'tbe lien judgment, which the court permitted tbe plaintiff to correct by amendment, was of such a character tbat it scarcely required to be corrected. Tbe complaints in this, and in tbe lien action, correctly described tbe premises in controversy. This is substantially admitted by tbe answer.
