THIS CAUSE is before the Court on Defendant Ronald Razz's Motion for Reconsideration of Denial of Reduction in Term of Supervised Release Under the First Step Act, ("Motion," D.E. 166), filed May 29, 2019. The Government filed a Response on June 12, 2019, ("Response" D.E. 171), to which Defendant filed a Reply on June 13, 2019, ("Reply," D.E. 172).
