This is a bill for the partition of lot 49, in H. H. Walker’s re-subdivision of blocks 12 and 13, in S. F. Smith’s subdivision of the north-east quarter of the north-east quarter of section 18, township 39, north, range 14, east, in the city of Chicago, Cook county, Illinois. F. W. Julius Thomsen, one of the appellants, is the complainant in the hill, and Asahel Gage, the other appellant, and Cyrus H.
