C. N. Houck prosecutes this appeal to reverse a judgment of conviction against him for permitting his stock to run at large, in violation of the statute.

The Legislature of 1915 passed an act for the creation of districts wherein live stock might be prevented from running at large, and the validity of the act was sustained in Harrington v. White, 131 Ark. 291. The Legislature of 1919 passed an act to provide a stock law and regulate tlie operation of the same in Columbia County. 'Special Acts of 1919, p. '648.
