BROTHERTON, Justice:

The appellants, S. Eileen Catterson and David K. Heydinger, representatives of the West Virginia Board of Medicine (“Board”), appeal from the February 18, 1989, order of the Circuit Court of Logan County, which set aside the appellant’s order revoking the appellee’s license to practice medicine and remanded the case for further proceedings. The appellants ask that this Court reinstate the appellants’ original order in full. After reviewing the record, we conclude that no error was committed by the Board and reverse the order of the Logan County Circuit Court and reinstate…
