Sheltering Arms Hospital v. Shineberger

In November, 1934, A. E. Sheppard, a resident of the state of Virginia, died testate in that state. He died the fee simple owner of an undivided one-third interest in and to certain lands in Jefferson county, Arkansas, known as the Sheppard Island Plantation, hereinafter referred to as the Plantation. His will was duly admitted to probate and filed for record in Jefferson county.
