delivered the opinion of the court:

The defendant, Jesse Downey, appeals from a judgment and award of damages in the net amount of $90,964.14 to the plaintiff, Robert Treadwell, following a jury trial in the circuit court of Hancock County. We affirm.

In his complaint, the plaintiff alleged he was injured when a tractor owned by the defendant and operated by the plaintiff went over a ledge adjacent to a driveway and into a ravine.
