Appeal from the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Thompson, /.), granting defendants’ motions for summary judgment. We hold that, in the absence of prejudice to an appellee, we read a pro se appellant’s appeal from an order closing the case as constituting an appeal from all prior orders. In an accompanying summary order, we affirm the district court’s grant of summary judgment.
