We are asked to review the action of the court below in refusing a divorce to the husband, sought on the grounds of cruel and barbarous treatment and indignities to the person. We have carefully considered all of the testimony, which is voluminous. The complaint is supported largely by the testimony of libellant and his daughter by a former marriage who is now sixteen years of age.
