Arthur Louis Curtis brings this appeal following his indictment and conviction of conspiracy to possess more than one pound of marijuana with intent to distribute same. Construed in a light most favorable to the State, the evidence of record shows that in early November 1983 one Arthur Thurman took Warren Jackson to meet with appellant. Unknown to Thurman, Jackson was an undercover agent for the Thomasville/Thomas County Drug Squad.
