DIXON, Presiding Judge.
These are cross appeals from jury verdicts in favor of plaintiffs in the amount of $25,000 for each plaintiff.
The appeal of defendants Michigan Millers Mutual Insurance Company, Inc., and The Mill Mutuals assert a claim of error by the trial court in overruling their motion for directed verdict at the close of the evidence. Defendants’ claim in that respect is further circumscribed by the manner the issue was preserved in their post trial motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdicts since no motion for a new trial was filed.
