MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

The court has for consideration a motion to remand and for attorney’s fees filed by plaintiff, Minnie Smith (“Smith”). Defendant, State Farm Fire & Casualty Company (“State Farm”), has responded, and Smith has replied to that response.
