Defendant Charles Maurice Adler appeals from a Pierce County conviction of second-degree assault and impersonation of a police officer. On appeal, defendant Adler’s primary contention is that the trial court erred when it denied his motion to suppress his identification made from a photo array, which contained a picture of him that had been taken in connection with a prior criminal charge of which he was subsequently acquitted.
