Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), rendered April 23, 2014, convicting defendant upon his plea of guilty of the crime of burglary in the second degree (four counts).

Defendant waived indictment and pleaded guilty to four counts of burglary in the second degree as charged in a superior court information stemming from home invasions committed on separate dates.
