This is a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review *332respondent’s determination denying petitioner’s application for parole.

Petitioner is an inmate at Otisville Correctional Facility. He is serving 22 concurrent sentences which together constitute an indeterminate sentence of 2 to 6 years. He was convicted on 22 criminal counts covering various instances of assault in the second degree, assault in the third degree, coercion in the first degree, attempted coercion in the first degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree and official…
